I am the executive director of two sister organizations, The Center for Social Profit Leadership and the Legacy XXI Institute. The Center is dedicated to addressing the business needs of social entrepreneurs and the Institute's mission, a 501c(3) enterprise, is to transform the helping industry from co-dependency to co-creation.

As a serial entrepreneur, I realized a few years ago that it was not what I could accomplish alone, but what we can accomplish together. What emerges from our complex interactions is far greater than the sum of our parts.

I am the author and co-author of 20 published books and have spent the majority of my adult life in publishing as an author, publisher and book packager. I am a story teller and a facilitator of story telling, helping others describe the strategies that focus their lives and work.
